Concordia Lutheran College is a co-educational school for Prep to Year 12, set across three campuses in Toowoomba, Queensland. We talked to Bianca Coleborn, Director of Marketing and Enrolments, about Concordia’s goal to boost enrolments and streamline internal processes.

The challenge

When Bianca began her role in 2017, the school’s enrolment process was almost entirely manual and paper-based. The team were reliant on spreadsheets, notebooks, and legacy staff who didn’t have any written processes or strategies in place. With a goal to boost enrolments and streamline internal processes, Concordia implemented Digistorm Funnel to take its admissions process online and better nurture prospective families from enquiry to enrolment.
