2024 has been a whirlwind for Digistorm in the best possible way, filled with hard work, inspiring challenges and plenty of celebrations. From refreshing our logo to improving our products, we've been busy making big strides — and so have our customers! 

A lot of hard work from our product team 

Enhancing our products to suit the new needs of our schools is always a high priority for Digistorm. This year, we added 65 new features to Funnel, streamlined our Websites packages to offer more choices to schools of all sizes, and migrated our Apps and Websites to future-proof platforms. Across all our products, we worked on integrations with more top-notch platforms, including our friends at Veracross. These efforts have paid off, especially here in North America, where we've seen a stack of new schools join our community.  

Endless effort from our Customer Support champions 

Like every year, supporting our clients has been a huge focus through 2024. This year, we doubled our support team, halved our response time to less than five hours, and increased live support availability to cover more hours of the day. These improvements ensure we’re readily available to jump in and work our magic when our schools need us.  

Internal growth and bit of bonding 

Internally, we've grown a long way from our humble beginnings of two friends in a garage, with a huge team now sprawled across many corners of the globe. In the office, we've engaged in various team-building activities, from charity push-ups to an in-house Olympics, which saw us planking, jumping and crashing office chairs. Despite the flexibility of our work, the office remained a hive of activity, enjoying visits from dogs, babies, schools and partners.  

Celebrating the successes of our schools 

While we've achieved a lot as a business, the real highlight of 2024 has been the success of our schools. Our customers have been dedicated to maximizing their use of Digistorm products, completing 588 hours of Digistorm University sessions, reading 65,916 Insights articles and watching over 1,000 episodes of The Admissions Club. This enthusiasm for learning has inspired us to keep building out our library of resources. Meanwhile, 41 schools shared their valuable wisdom in our BETA groups. 

Record-breaking engagement

Our schools have been busier than ever, breaking records for all of our products. Across our schools, we saw 32 new websites, 292,000 enrollment applications and a whopping 97 million app push notifications. Something tells us you’re all in need of these Christmas holidays!

As we wrap up 2024, we're incredibly grateful for the partnerships we've formed with our customers and the inspiring work we get to do on a daily basis.
